Room could benefit from brighter lighting in dark spots!!! Consider investing in odor control for the toilet system and adding a few mats to keep sand at bay!!! The entrance doors could use a better design for ease of use!!!

Its location in an island that has sand everywhere was stunning. Moreover, it's near bars, the basketball court and the football field.

Brilliant base for a 4-night stay. Marvellous breakfast, beautifully maintained room. Hypo-allergenic pillows, amazing bed. Good location in the center of activities with great views. Simply nothing to complain about, very nice stay.

Comfortable Stay with a Touch of Local Charm

Each morning offered a good breakfast on the rooftop, complete with a fine ocean view. The hosts, Luis and Maria, were great too ensure we felt at home, providing insider tips about local attractions. A cozy atmosphere with friendly dogs made each day nice.

Hot breakfasts served each morning on the rooftop patio were a real treat, boasting fine ocean views. Luis's friendly demeanor and attentive service, particularly when he went out of his way to prepare an early breakfast for us. The cozy atmosphere of the hotel was improved with the cute resident dogs, though navigating the entrance to the compound initially proved a bit tricky. A relaxing stay with good air conditioning and reliable wifi, ideal for unwinding after a day of exploring.

We had an very nice time exploring the local area with our kids, and Luis's breakfast spread was a daily highlight. The fun stories we shared over delicious meals really added to our stay. The staff's friendly demeanor, a special experience.

In my wife's opinion, more kid-friendly activities would be great.

Great location with friendly owners. Wi-Fi was spotty, but comfy beds made up for it.

The roof terrace is perfect for enjoying breakfast with a fine view. Luis's diverse breakfast options were always delicious. The cute atmosphere. The helpful staff provided great recommendations and even accommodated us when one of us was feeling unwell.

Staff were cute. Breakfast is a highlight, with good crêpes and great coffee, all enjoyed with a fantastic view. The room's shower pressure was weak, and the Wi-Fi struggled at times, detracting slightly from the experience. Proximity to local attractions was excellent.

This was a nice choice for a city holiday in Caye Caulker with good price value. I loved lounging in the hammocks and found the local owners to be super friendly and cute. Be sure to check out the local spots. They're just a short walk away.

the room had weak water pressure. but we loved the big wrap around windows for cool sea breezes at night. breakfast was super tasty and served right on the rooftop! the hosts were incredibly welcoming and made us feel like family!
